We have had such a busy year! During the Autumn months we learned about the Lord’s Prayer and how anyone can pray about anything. The students prayed over almost a hundred prayer requests! Then we combined with Zion Lutheran to put on a wonderful, fun filled Christmas program that showed the holiness of that special night from the perspective of the shepherds. During the Winter/Spring session of Sunday School we turned our gaze to the different ministries of the church and how we can be partakers and caretakers of our community. These students then began taking responsibility for the church building and service as well as the community at large by making blankets and collecting food for our local food pantries. The students of this congregation have done so much hard work this year and are deserving of so much praise and encouragement. We are so proud to have them here at Carpio Lutheran.
